This item arrived so broken that I couldn’t take it out of the box! Not properly protected! Customer service advised me to throw it as it couldn’t be taken back now Macy’s is telling me in order to get my money back the item should b returned

Great Kettle

This kettle is great! It heats up almost 2 qts water in about 2 min and auto shut off with full boil. It’s compact and the kettle lifts off the base, no cord!

Stopped Working After 7 Months

I bought the Elite Cuisine Glass Kettle in November 2025, and it stopped working in June 2026. I used it according to the instructions and expected it to last much longer than seven months. I was very disappointed because the kettle worked well at first, but suddenly stopped heating and no longer turns on. I hope the company can improve the quality and durability of this product
