Stopped working

Only had it for about a month and got some use with no problems may have used it 5 times and it stopped working the light never went back on when I clicked to start.

Wrong item sent

Missing Steam Tray

FAST DELIVERY BUT MISSING STEAM STRAY, as it is stated in the description that steam tray is included. I haven’t use the rice cooker yet, looks good though, the only issue is missing steam stray inside the box
