Wrong item sent

I orders what I assumed was a jacket, but not only was I sent the wrong item, I was also sent the wrong size!! When I went to re-order, the size I needed was no longer available. The shipping department really needs to get their act together! I had to physically go to the store to return the item, so inconvenient

Sent the wrong size twice

Macys warehouse someone is not doing their job properly. Sent the wrong size twice in this item even after I called customer service. No good communication, warehouse staff doesn’t care or check sizing before sending item. Bad customer service.
