Very disappointing

I purchased 2 of these cute karaoke machines of for my grandchildren for the holidays. Both arrived used, broken and without charging cords. The kids disposed of them before i could request a return/refund. Not sure if item was from Macy’s marketplace vendor. I have not had the greatest luck exchanging or returning things that are not sourced by Macy’s directly. I should've known better too, don't buy electronic devices at Macy's. It's my go to store for everything else. Every once in a while I get burned.

I bought this for a gift then I bought another one for me. This Karaoke is surprisingly really good, for this small the mic and the speaker are really loud. It’s so small you can put in your purse bring it anywhere. I love this! Must have 100% recommended!
