It's good, not great

It's a good suitcase though the zipper is not as smooth as it should be. Also, rolling it could be smoother....my samsonite is better

Other occasion to buy:The luggage deserves 4-5 stars, but Macy's packing dept. deserves 1.

Worst packing job!

Although the soft-sided luggage appears to be undamaged, it had NO protection in the cardboard box. The box was crushed upon receipt.

Uncomfortable handle

The bag design is lightweight, easy to use and fine, but I don't like the excessively curved handle. This is very uncomfortable to hold while pulling.
