Cashier lied to me

This was a beaded dress and very fragile. I could tell it had been on the Macy's floor for a long time. The price tag was torn off and the dress had a lot of pulled threads and missing beads. So I asked for a 10% discount, which I thought was reasonable. The cashier called over a manager, who agreed. When I got my email receipt, I had been charged full price. Spent hours with a needle and thread repairing the dress. Not happy.

Great Gown!

I bought this for my daughter's wedding. I haven't worn it yet, but when I tried it on it was very flattering and is excellent quality. Substantial fabric, not cheaply made. It is also shimmering and elegant.

Never received

I never received this item. All I got was an empty box so I couldn’t tell you if it was nice or not. I would like a refund.

This gown was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, I had to return it for something lighter for a May wedding. There were gorgeous sequins glittering all over every inch of the gown. This extra did make the gown heavier than most, but would have make an absolutely stunning entrance and shimmer on the dance floor. I almost cried to have to return it for another.

Wrong Item Sent

I was sent a completely wrong item. I couldn't even do an exchange because the item in the size I wanted was out of stock. I ended up returning the wrong item sent. Very disappointed. The dress was supposed to be for my brother's wedding.
