Arrived in several broken pieces

Was so excited to see the tissue holder arrive to be found in so many pieces and crumbs of the shattered ceramic coming out of the box. As I was trying to tape up the box, a shard of the broken ceramic lodged in my hand. Everyone who touched this package…do better.
