Not Delivered After 12 Days!!!

This was purchased as a Christmas gift. Promised 3–6 business day shipping, now on day 12 with no delivery and no clear update. I was even sent a review request before receiving the item. Very disappointing.

My Order Never Arrived

Apparently it got lost in transit, and Macy's had to issue me a refund. Customer service was pleasant and helpful to deal with, but I had to call twice to try to track the package down as it never moved beyond "shipping info. received" from what I can see. The glasses were meant to be a Christmas gift, so it has been very disappointing. It is concerning that the company would send a request for a review with no knowledge that I never received the product.
