Wrong item, Macy’s horrible customer service

WRONG ITEM, NO HELP FROM MACY’S! I ordered the hello kitty charm bracelet and hello kitty earrings. I received a keychain and cheap silver hello kitty friends necklace. I reached out twice to Macy’s customer service who said they were going to help me either get my money back or get the correct item and they never did. One even had me send her pictures of the incorrect item so she could contact the third-party since I couldn’t and then she responded to me that I have to email Macy’s marketplace, but didn’t give me the email address. This is unacceptable. I will never shop at Macy’s again online
