Broken items

I’m disappointed with my experience. Both the original item and the replacement arrived broken due to inadequate packaging. The product was not properly protected during shipping. I hope Macy’s improves their packaging standards to prevent this from happening again.

Terrible Packing and Shipping

While the bowls were nice, they came in a huge box with absolutely no packing, together in a plastic bag, and were smashed to pieces upon arrival.

This arrived without the proper packaging. Appears to have been used. All scratched and stained. Just Gross.

These were delivered less than two minutes ago and I unboxed them and they are both badly broken. Although they were both bubble wrapped
