NICE quality but runs small

This is nice for the beach as a cover up and can easily convert to regular wear. Good quality but definitely runs small. I ordered a medium which I can wear open but not buttoned up. I would size up to an XL if I wanted a loose fitting cover up. I ordered the matching pants in a size small and those are fine.
