Smells like fish

The bottle does not show where the product was made. The box also doesn’t have the country of origin. The oil smells like fish but the ingredients quote soybeans.

Old vitamin E oil

The product was old and now I have hives. It had a very strong smell and was very thick and dark. After I applied it I researched how to determine if Vitamin E is old. A day later hives started appearing.
