Delivery issue

Never received it, I submitted a claim with Macys to the company and I’m still waiting for their response and nothing. It was marked as delivered but never arrived at my door step

Difficult to put together

The bed was very difficult to put together. The instructions were not clear enough. Once we got it together, it's very nice for my granddaughter.

Height

I will be receiving this in a couple days. I’m giving it 5 stars for now because I like the design, color and price. One problem I have right now is it doesn’t tell me in the description what height mattress I should buy.
