Other occasion to buy:I traveled to pick it up, opened at home and it was all wrong, then came back to the mall for either refund or exchange to the right one. However, the customer service cannot exchange instead call the I-800 number to resolve the issue.

CLASSY SHAMS

These are actually very pretty European size shams. I was concerned the fabric would be shiny based on the online photo, however it is a subtle attractive fabric. One reviewer compalined they are "white", however they are a very pale gray that can appear white until you put them against something that is true white. Yes, I would have preferred they were a slightly deeper gray, but paired with Hotel Collection "Palladium" sheets and "Textured Chevron" duvet they look quite nice.

Hotel Collection Positano Matelasse Duvet

Beautiful duvet at a fantastic price. Great stitching and pattern/design, very nice overall. Its a very light grey tone, could even be mistaken as white.
