Not true to size

I am a true size 8, but sometimes I can wear 7.5 depending on brand. I ordered both sizes and they both were big. I think size 7 would be tight. Also the inside felt rugged.

Stylish but a little difficult to fasten

Nice style, makes legs look longer and is flattering. However one has to try and fasten the shoe to your foot using the ties but it doesn't fasten well. That's just the style. Ensure you're not doing much walking when wearing these.
