Fits like a glove and not too high for a platform.

The shoe looks great but

The shoe looks great but the heal strap will not stay up. I have tightened it to the last opening and it does not help. I wore these shoes to a client luncheon and I was miserable trying to keep the heel strap up. I want to return them for full refund. What are next steps to do so??
