Received Broken

It never fails; I always receive something broken when I order Lenox Items from Macys. The fact that something is always broken is why I am giving this 1 star. The packaging was horrible, more than one item was shattered. They are sending a replacement, which hopefully is not broken when I get it. I think they should have issued me a full refund and sent me a replacement to make up for the broken items. Give a customer guarantee and ensure customer satisfaction. That would be good customer service. This maybe the last time I shop at Macy's. The quality of items, and Customer Service has really declined, this not the Macy's I grew with.

Broken tea pot

I ordered a tea pot set online , it was delivered on time but because I was out of town I was unable to check it! After 30 days passed I open the box and the tea pot was broken and I was suppose to gift it to a friend! So disappointing Macys said can’t refund or exchange because of the refund policy but they lost a good customer! I tried to talk to customer service and just hanged up on me!
