Perfect for work days

bought these since I get really intense back pain during my period and a little bit before. These do last the 8-10 hrs, basically my whole 9 hours shift. Just as if I had the heated pad but easy to use at the office. They stick well and don’t unstick. Good size about the size of your hand.
