I bought 2 of these twin beds for my granddaughters. from Macy’s. They were very excited as this was the first time that they were both having their own beds. I cannot express how upset and disappointed I am regarding these beds. Extremely Difficult to set up:!! Screws and holes do not match up correctly; cross planks have splinters and are thin and breaking. Then there are about 24 nail screws that one needs to find a Phillips screw driver to use to keep the cross planks in place!! The gentleman from Macy’s customer service was very polite and tried to be as helpful as he could but I was over the 30 days return policy so there no not much he could do. Because Unfortunately for me, it took me a few weeks after delivery to open the boxes. If I was Macy’s, I would not purchase these beds from this manufacturer!!!! They are not good products at all!! Cheaply made and difficult to put together!
