Be Careful

These pairing knives are helpful for slicing only. When used for paring there is a very sharp notch in the blade that makes it easy to cut your thumb

Sharp but rusting

Unfortunately my knives are rusting in little spots. I do not soak them in water so not sure why other than poor quality. Is happening to the larger set as well.
