The strap length needs to be longer

I don’t like the crossbody bag, the length of the strap is too short for me. Can I return this Crossbody bag?

Soo disappointed!!

Bought this crossbody and absolutely loved it..AT FIRST!!!..While walking in busy downtown NY the strap BROKE and the bag fell to the ground! Very poor craftsmanship, the straps are not securely sewed on. I received it as a gift less than a week ago and it broke already.

The order is not delivered for the right person

Please Please try to provide the order to the I mean like who are who book the order provide the order and I mean call them and give the order to them.
