not the same

I just received my necklace and was initially excited—until I opened the package. Unfortunately, what I got is not what was shown in the pictures. The listing clearly displayed a different clasp and an additional chain detail, which were completely missing. The necklace I received is bulky, short, and honestly, quite unattractive. I'm extremely disappointed. At this point, I would have been better off just ordering directly from the Coach website. I would not recommend purchasing from this selle

You wont get the right item

Necklace is not the same one in the photos. Necklace pictured has a clasp. The necklace received did not have one, you have to put the necklace on by using the carabiner... very disappointing. Returned immediately.

Ugh!

They sent me the wrong version of this necklace. So buy with caution.
