PACKAGING

My issue is not with the product. My issue is with Macy’s packaging. Normally when I have ordered items from any place the package comes wrapped in a plastic envelope or a protective box that prevents the items to be bouncing or being damaged. Well this time my purchases came to me in its manufactured packing with the address label just slapped in the box needless to say my product came to me with a smooshed corner and a dented side. I hope the air purifier I bought is in working conditions. I have no time to return it for this is a Christmas present that looks as if had been kicked around!! Please advise what’s my next step!!
