Horrible shipping

I received this set for Christmas and the packaging was done HORRIBLE. And someone had the audacity to stick a "packed with care" slip in the box. Luckily nothing was broken but stuff was all over the place. Besides that the perfume is a beautiful soft sexy feminine scent that lasts the whole day! It's definitely my new signature scent and will definitely be purchasing again! I give this praise specifically to COACH. Macy's, do better please.

Box was open

Received box and it was obviously opened prior to me receiving it. Kinda bummed at the presentation when opening and seeing the product loose in the box. I still kept it. Products didn’t look used. It’s hard to find the OG Coach perfume these days. Still would have been nice to get a crisp clean one.

not happy

When I bought the perfume for my daughter for christmas she opened it up on Christmas day and the bottle was empty, it had leaked all over the box inside because the sprayer was broken. We had to return at the store, no problem, it was an easy return. The clerk order a new one online, great you would think, when the new one came it was the wrong one, she order the right one but the gold one came instead. so I had to call the service department to explain what happened and I have already sent back the wrong one , but still waiting for my daughters christmas present..I am not a happy person
