no item in bag

I received an EMPTY bag in the mail. it first didnt arrive on time, then when I finally received it, it was just an empty white bag. I notified Macy's and was told they were contacting the company and I would either receive a refund or the item. Its been weeks and I have received neither. I wont be ordering this brand anymore if this is how missing items are handled by the company.
