The lip gloss is...

The lip gloss is great! However the ordering process is not and will not accept American Express despite having done so in the past. The Am EX card is rejected ONLY from this site. The card is valid and works otherwise. Bypassing to phone order will not apply any promotional discounts. There is no indication that AMEX is not supported.

I love city lips, it has been my go too gloss for years! I put on before I go too bed and let it do its magic! Ive never had plump lips like this before...try it because you will NOT be disappointed! The everyday use, during the day and at night you will have visibly plumper smoother lips!
