I bought the Delectables style. The shadows are so “hard backed” that it flacks off the applicator before you can apply to your eyelid. What a waste of product. I contacted their customer service and they shipped me another and the shadows were cracked! I will never waste my time and money on this defective makeup line. I can’t believe Macy’s promotes this makeup line.

The eyeshadow was packaged in a flimsy bag without any wrapping to prevent breakage. The eyeshadow was cracked.
