Not Received Denied Replacement

Item never received. Contacted seller and provided information of wrong item shipped, they wanted more pictures of item outside of the box in addition to serial number and item information to replace with correct purchase. Tried selling it and when I opened the box, the item was incomplete. Lost my money. Will never buy from this seller again. I bought a bed frame and instead received an incomplete 7 piece patio set.

Poor workmanship

Poorly constructed. I paid someone to assemble this item but the parts did not fit. It was literally square pegs and round holes. Ridiculous. Item was returned.
