Dinning chair

I am extremely disappointed with these chairs. The quality feels very cheap, and the size is noticeably smaller than standard dimensions. On top of that, the return process has been terrible. I have requested a return multiple times, and although the company states there is a 30-day return policy, it has already been 14 days and I still have not received a proper response or a return label. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I am honestly very unhappy with both the product and the customer service.
