Defective

Bought as a housewarming gift, my daughter recently decided to assemble, one chair was completely defective, contact seller no response, contact Macys they said 30 days past, there’s nothing they can do. I’m totally disappointed as this was a gift

DO NOT BUY

I order 8 of these chair in December with a Dinning Table. Spend almost $1,200 dollars. Month and 1/2 later one chair broke. Macys an seller told me there is 30 days return policy. So minus one chair. YESTERDAY another chair broke… called Macys again and “sorry men our policy is 30 days return only” I cant believe… Macys furniture isn’t the same as before… DONT BUY
