Runs small, super cuffed sleeves

Jacket runs small. I wear a medium in the matching pants and ordered a large jacket and it was snug. Also sleeves are super cuffed and cannot be rolled up. Adidas makes a zip up hoodie version of this jacket that is 100% better. Returned.
