Surprisingly useful for its cute little size!

Bought this cause for ONCE I was early for the heart ones and Provence is so gorgeous. Wasn't sure what I'd use it for, but I already found a great use, it made a perfect "dinner for one" pan! Sausage to one side, sweet potato mash down the center and some cinnamon apples to the other side. Bake uncovered till sausage is cooked through. An easy one pan dinner that cleans up fast and made dinner just a little more whimsical too! Can't wait to try making brownies in it for a warm brownie pie idea next.

Cooking Up Some Love

The small heart shape cast iron dish was so cute! It was purchased for our anniversary to sit out on our Wolf cooktop but we ended up exchanging it for a similar round Le Creuset that was more versatile.
