Sent to wrong address

This item was sent to the wrong address by UPS and I have tried to contact the customer service both at Macys and UPS with no assistance only AI which puts you in a loop unable to help. The address was clearly labeled when I ordered

Sooo Comfortable!!!

I love the Tom’s platform sandals. I chose the Audrey because I wanted a pair of white sandals. But I also really love the Diana wedge sandal. They are really comfortable and I’ve worn them to work on a sales floor for four hours and haven’t had a problem.
