Works well!

I used this pan to make Dose and it came really well. It's heavy in weight. And since it is iron needs to be well maintained. Better than non-stick pans considering health.

Goodcook cast iron pizza pan is a novel take on co

This GoodCook cast iron pizza pan is a novel approach to the standard pizza pan. Adjacent from the handle the rim is lower which allows you to remove your pipping hot pie without scorching your fingers. Because the pan is cast iron the pizza stays hot longer than a traditional pan. The only downside is cleaning pizza from cast iron isn't a lot of fun. This was a new piece so it wasn't seasoned like a well loved iron pan. Over time, this pan with cook better and clean up much easier.

Great All Around Pan

Great all around pan! We've made homemade pizza, and it turned out great. The pan heats perfectly in the oven and on the stove top. We have used it for homemade pancakes where it also did a great job. It is on the heavier side, but if you aren't afraid to use some muscle, you'll be fine! Washes and stores well, too.

Next level crust 🙌

This cast iron pizza pan is leveling up my reheating game!! I used this pan to reheat my pizza and it’s better than when it was the first time around! The pan is extremely well made, heavy and durable, will last a long time if taken care of properly. It heated throughly and made my crust perfectly crisp. This is a great addition to my kitchen tools and I’d say game changer for any pizza lovers like me out there!

Pizza

This pan is good quality. I love that it comes pre seasoned, it’s a good size for a smaller pizza but I will definitely find other uses for it, as long as you take care of cast iron it’ll last forever and I’m excited and glad to add the good cook cast iron to my collection.
