retured and never recived a refund. frauds

don't buy from this marketplace company! they are frauds. I sent the curtains back in April and never received a refund from them!!! I contacted macys 3 times and they are supposedly investigating but their customer service is useless most of the time! Im so angry. I have a been great customer since 1994!

BEWARE these are sold and shipped by a vendor and not Macys the curtains come as one panel and do not appear as the photos suggest

Not as pictured

The curtains are not as pictured the pearl is more a soft grey they are thick but they do not feel “velvet” as stated. I am trying to contact the seller I didn’t know these were not directly sold by Macy’s. No I do not recommend this product.

These work!!

These curtains are just wonderful in my bedroom, just the make over I needed! They are beautifully made, great velvet fabric, not cheap looking at all and the backing really blocks light and sound without making them look stiff or blocky. Very pleased! Definitely worth the sale price!!!
