Received used and worn shoes

The box arrived completely damaged and the shoes were dirty on the bottom. They were clearly worn and used, and I can’t believe they sent them in such poor condition to a customer.

Beware the glitter

The image/description fails to note the gold threads woven through the jute sole, or sparkly fabric of the toe box - alas, returning.

Cute but too small

These shoes are adorable, but they run small. I consistently wear size 10 shoes in sandals, sneakers, everything. These dig in at the top of my foot, and the front is tight in the toes.
