Not Oversized

This jacket is anything but oversized. We would call it severely UNDERsized ! The material and look is great, but it doesn't help if one cannot move their shoulders. Extremely tight when it should have been baggy. (The other style Hugo shirt jacket we bought in the same size, did not have this issue.) Very disappointing.. Also, Hugo might want to think about making Tall sizes..
