Nice but it could be great if...

I love my basic Roku on my other TV. I bought the Ultra for this TV because it is supposed to have wifi6. Wifi 6 has only worked once for a few minutes. My PC always works on wifi6. Also, the other Roku shows frames when going fast forward or backwards so you know when to stop (more or less). The Ultra only shows time, so when you are trying to FF through commercials it is a PIA. Add the frames like the other Roku units and improve wifi6 reception then it will be great. Until then it is a waste of money!

Streaming is smooth, the apps run great. Sport shows run at 60 fps, which is what I like too.

Sad Product and Terrible Service

12 hours of troubleshooting and Roku wants to do another 6 instead of standing behind their product. Customer service is the worst that I’ve ever encountered.

Love Roku!

Roku Ultra really can't be beat for streaming. This is the 3rd one I've bought for home, for different tv's. I also bought one for a gift. We even use these on smart tv's - it's just easier and works better. I just can't say enough good things about Roku Ultra. One thing that would be nice though, would be to have a longer cable for charging the remote, or a wall charger for that.
