Battery and Light issues 6 months later

I bought this Oct 2025 and some of the settings stopped working in 6 months later. The battery seems to barely hold charge and certain light settings have stopped working. I enjoyed using it until it stopped working.

Not great!

Difficult to strap on without getting your hair all tangled up. The bottom part of the mask, from the nose down, does not touch your face, and overall very uncomfortable. Expensive gadget is what it is!

Very disappointed

The mouth hole leaves my chin completely uncovered. I see you’ve now brought out a new design minus this massive hole 🙄 This version is not fit for purpose.

Working on it

I’m a 58-year-old female my mother bought me this mask for my 58th birthday. This was in February. I have been using as directed. I’m not sure I see any difference but I’ve been told by people who do not know I’m using it that my skin looks different so I’m gonna keep on using it and see what happens

Broke down quickly

Worked well but as soon as I arrived, I would have to wiggle and hold the cord the entire time for the red light to stay on. Just over a year later, the whole device stopped charging. Too expensive for it to only last a year.

Tolle Handhabung

Ich habe das Produkt erst seit einer Woche aber muss jetzt schon sagen, dass ich so glücklich drüber bin. Die Handhabung ist sehr einfach. Die Vielfalt der Lichter ist auch super, so kann ich immer passend das auswählen, was ich benötige. Selbst nach einer Anwendung, sah meine Haut schon beruhigter aus. Was ich ganz toll finde, ist, dass die Maske tragbar ist und man nicht an einer Stromquelle sitzen muss. Für den Preis echt zu empfehlen !

Great mask and compact

Very comfortable mask to use with many different functions to choose from. Comes with a travel bag where you can keep the led mask and doesn’t take up much space. Have been using the mask for a couple of weeks now so probably a bit too soon to see results however, will continue wearing to hopefully see some soon 😊

Not as good as I had hoped.

I purchased this mask in October 2025 due to it being a reasonable cost and some positive reviews. I have used it as recommended since October last year, unfortunately I haven't seen any positive results, even my husband commented it did not appear to be doing any good and for that reason I am unable to recommend it.
