Snowflake pendant

Received this sterling silver Snowflake pendant, the chain came separate in the small box. When I tried to put the chain through the snowflake it couldn’t go through at all unless you use magic. It seems they pick any chain and didn’t even try if it fitted. Not satisfied at all!
