I absolutely love this ID Ideology Plus Size Zebra-Print Flounce-Hem Skort! It is incredibly flattering and makes me feel so stylish. I'm 5'2 and weigh 206 pounds, and the 1X size fits perfectly, staying true to size. If you prefer a tighter fit, you could probably size down to an XL, but the 1X has a great, comfortable fit.
