I’m very happy with the product - mascara in this case - but I’m MOST UNHAPPY WITH MACY’s!
I drive to king of Prussia Mall to purchase the mascara which was on sale. I was told by the salesperson that three minutes before I arrived at her counter, the shipper in charge of online line orders had taken all if her stock and that I would now have to drive hone and order online!
I went home to do that, but the person I spoke with refused to waive shipping charge despite my telling her about the outcome when I went to the store. I ended up ordering it and doing an in-store pickup to avoid the shipping charges.
Macy’s needs to up their game with regard to customer service!,
