Package Horrible

I bought these as a Christmas gift. I bought 2 sets and they came in plastic wrap (generic) that broke and was just loose in a regular shipping box. The quality looks generic. I feel embarrassed to give this as a gift.

Only got 2 bath bombs and...

I only received 2 bath bombs. I guess they must have run out. In the box were a couple of hand cream sample tubes along with 4 tea candles that I will never use. Not what I ordered or expected.

Shipped poorly

When opening the shipping package the internal bag was open and the bath bombs we’re just rolling all around the package. The box was all powdery from the bath bombs rolling around the box.

I am very upset that I didn’t receive what I ordered. It was a Christmas gift and am returning it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered these way a head of time and received something different. I was refunded but now I can not get these as they are unavailable.

Very Disappointed

I ordered this product as a holiday gift, and the packaging was extremely disappointing. When the first box arrived, it was just a plain cardboard box with the bath bombs thrown loosely inside. I returned it, assuming it was a mistake, and decided to reorder. When the second order arrived, it was even worse—there were only two bath bombs in another cheap cardboard box, along with four unrelated items wrapped in bubble wrap. This experience was completely unacceptable. If you're considering this item, I strongly recommend choosing a different product. I wish I could give zero stars; they don’t even deserve the one star I had to give.
