Horrible

Macy's uses a new company for delivery (VEHO Tech Inc.). They did not include the entry gate code given them with the delivery address, and these people don't call, or deliver to gated communities. No delivery and no way to deal with the problem, no phone number for VEHO!! Macy's does not stock the Cal King mattress Pads, so ordering them is the only way to purchase. VEHO shipping is more expensive than UPS or FedEx. I would recommend not doing business with Macys!!

size of item does not match online description

Online description says it fits mattresses up to 18 inches deep. When I received it, the package says that it fits mattresses up to 15 inches deep. It's too small.
