Very disappointed

ALL of the makeup is Very Difficult to apply evenly. I tried different different types of brushes which failed.

So disappointed

When the product was taken out of the box (it was a gift), many of the eyeshadows were damaged and the powder was all over the table and person’s hands. How embarrassing! Returning it!

Packaging is poor; eyeshadow broken and all over

It came in the package but the eyeshadow was all over the inside and outside of the box. I’ve received makeup kits with eye shadows before and they came all intact so I have to fault the lesser quality in packaging, not the item itself.

Ordered 2 BOTH arrived with eyeshadows broken and powder everywhere. Nothing wrong with box itself but messy and my favor colors gone. Also very difficult to open. Purchased a larger one last year and LOVED it - this one was small, difficult, and broken
