A lovely butterfly tea set

This Lenox butterfly meadow tea set is beautiful and it is well made. I like the nice size of the teacups and cream and sugar. The nice size teapot is exquisite with the butterfly on the lid. It has good texture. It is a lovely butterfly pattern.

Beautiful tea set, but delivered broken

The tea set is very beautiful and much bigger than it may seem in the photo. However, the lid was broken. And I even suspect that the broken one was already put in the box, because the packaging was reliable and most likely the lid could not break on the way.

The tea set is not white.

The tea set isn't white, and the butterflies and flowers are very light. It looks much cheaper in real.

Box is broken

The product is awesome, but don’t buy it at Macy’s if it is a gift. I bought this set as a gift for my friend. When picking up at stanford Macy’s, I found the box is severely teared in two places. Customer Service refused to replace it with another one, saying this is the only set at store. Apparently she was lying, as the website shows it is available for same-day in store pick up!
