condition of hat

the hat was shipped in a bag to my home. The hat arrived crushed. This hat was purchased for an upcoming wedding. Disappointed in the condition of the hat.

Lacks airflow

The hat is stylish and well constructed, but the breath ability is lacking making the hat uncomfortable to wear in temperatures over 75 degrees.

Shipping and Packaging prevented 5 stars!

This purchase was ruined for me buy the Macy's shipping department. The hat came wrapped in plastic in a box which was too small to sustain the hat's original shape. I do like the hat and I am now trying to restore the original shape of the hat.

This hat was not packaged properly and not in a hat box, crushed. Had to refund at a macys store.
