dress is like a cupcake

Purchased the dress and when trying it on, the dress is like a cupcake. The ends of it are not a regular styled skirt it’s curved and a puff. Looks terrible. Returned immediately

very short but very cute. I didn't buy it because of the length, I could have bought it but I didn't fall in love. for me 5'3/120. it was size XS, size S is a little looser on the belly, a little longer.
