Overall Bad Bad on the Seller and Macys parts

After assembling 6 drawers, I got to step 7, parts A top and B bottom both are cracked to the middle of the boards. The Seller and Macys NO Help 6 calls and emails all I got is a refund, I have to unassemble 6 drawers, Seller won't replace damaged parts told me to place a new order. I'm still waiting for the shipping label, having made three calls to request it. UPS is coming to pick it up with no label coming between 7am and 4pm so I sit and wait all day, the package weighs 88lbs. We will see how that goes. I will stick with IKEA, at least they will replace the parts.
