Disappointed

The shoes are pretty, but I was sent a pair that were visibly worn. Disappointed. Do better Macy’s.

Sent me used shoes

Shoes shows signs of being used, a piece of hair sticks on the edge of the bottom with some sticky glue. Look dirty. The sole has dirt.
